At Her Brilliance, our group coaching approach utilizes coaching competencies and skills, combined with group training and facilitation processes to create a safe space for participants to engage in structured exploration and reflection, while sharing experiences and learning from one another.

We blend techniques and strategies from each of the disciplines below to create a rich, unique, and curated experience for the women we support.
