DISCOVERY CONVERSATION
We begin the customized design process with an initial discovery conversation to identify and understand the specific challenges, needs and context of women leaders in your organization.
DEVELOP PROGRAM INTENTIONS
Based on the information gathered in the Discovery Conversation, Her Brilliance will develop specific intentions and success criteria for the program.
PROGRAM DESIGN
A detailed program design is completed through a highly collaborative, co-created process with key members of your organization. Program buy-in and socialization to occur with critical stakeholders.
COMMUNICATE WITH LEADERS
Communicate with women leaders about the program, including program intentions, structure, and coach introductions.
COACH MEET & GREET
Leaders meet Her Brilliance coaches in a brief, informal group conversation. Learn about our background, approach, style and gain a sense for the space that is created throughout the program.

LEADING FROM STRENGTH
When leaders are able to tap into their natural strengths and identify unique ways to authentically contribute, they build confidence in their ability to create impact. This session will help participants understand how to harness their strengths, explore the pitfalls of overuse and convert this new awareness into practical actions that will increase performance and engagement.
DEVELOPING A CONFIDENT MINDSET
Fears, doubts and insecurities are often at the root of confidence issues. This session uncovers the thinking that is keeping participants from embracing leadership opportunities and explore how shifting mindsets can support the development of self-confidence. Participants will be introduced to new mindsets that will enhance their ability to take proactive action.
TAPPING INTO INTUITION
This session explores the role and importance of intuition, and its relationship to leadership. Participants will learn strategies for tapping into their intuition and how it can guide their behaviors and decisions.
QUIETING THE INNER CRITIC
Your inner critic can hold you back from opportunities and diminish your confidence. This session helps participants recognize their inner critic and explore strategies for softening the voice.
LEADERSHIP INFLUENCE
The ability to influence is critical to amplifying your leadership impact and effectiveness. In this session, participants will learn strategies for influencing, as well as how to leverage their authentic strengths to enhance their influencing capabilities.
