When leaders are able to tap into their natural strengths and identify unique ways to authentically contribute, they build confidence in their ability to create impact. This session will help participants understand how to harness their strengths, explore the pitfalls of overuse and convert this new awareness into practical actions that will increase performance and engagement.
DEVELOPING A CONFIDENT MINDSET
Fears, doubts and insecurities are often at the root of confidence issues. This session uncovers the thinking that is keeping participants from embracing leadership opportunities and explore how shifting mindsets can support the development of self-confidence. Your inner critic can hold you back from opportunities and diminish your confidence. This session helps participants recognize their inner critic and explore strategies for softening the voice.
The ability to influence is critical to amplifying your leadership impact and effectiveness. In this session, participants will learn strategies for influencing, as well as how to leverage their authentic strengths to enhance their influencing capabilities.
