PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 14 one-on-one coaching sessions with your personal leadership coach

PART I: LAYING THE FOUNDATION
(1 MONTH)

Gain clarity on who you are as a leader and what’s important in your leadership and life. 

  • Four individual coaching sessions (weekly):

    • Reconnecting to your brilliance

    • Rooting your Brilliance in Values

    • Activating your Inner Wisdom

    • Leveraging your Strengths

PART II: DEVELOPING A LEADERSHIP VISION (1 MONTH)

Create a personalized plan for achieving the goals most important to your professional development and advancement. Develop your leadership vision and strategy and build a roadmap for the journey ahead

  • Two coaching sessions (every other week): Cultivating Resilience & Defining your Leadership Vision

  • Select personalized leadership content themes for the rest of the journey

PART III: MASTERING STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS (3 MONTHS)

Grow your toolbox of strategies and practices that are essential to successfully navigating your personal leadership context. Develop supported practices for enhancing your leadership skills within your current professional realm

  • Six coaching sessions (twice monthly): one new leadership focus per month as determined with coachee; providing content and context around the topic and coaching to progress skills and practice

  • Topics to select from include: Communication, Mindsets, Strategic Thinking, Managing Change, Executive Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Influencing, Negotiating, Inner Critic, Boundaries, Coaching and Feedback

PART IV: EMBRACING YOUR LEADERSHIP BRILLIANCE (1 MONTH)

Integrate your new awareness into a declaration of your leadership that captures your authentic brilliance and your vision for your future success. Develop ongoing and sustainable support mechanisms that will serve to strengthen your leadership identity as you step into new opportunities

  • Two coaching sessions (every other week): Articulating your Leadership Value and Setting Intentions for Future Success

OPTIONAL GROUP COACHING

During the 6-month Individual Coaching Journey and for six months afterwards, you are welcome to connect with other women leaders in our monthly group coaching sessions. 

  • Bring questions, challenges, issues for discussion in a facilitated group coaching environment

  • Be inspired, encouraged and supported by women leaders embarking on a similar development journey

  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with a network of high-achieving peers
